Thanks to our sponsors for their generous support in making the Festival possible!

Bird Watcher’s Digest – Presenting Level

Founded in 1978, Bird Watcher’s Digest is North America’s oldest popular birding magazine, telling great stories about birds, birding experiences, and hotspots. But it is more than a magazine: It is a publishing company, producing two magazines (BWD and Watching Backyard Birds in alternating months) as well as books and booklets; a tour company, offering Reader Rendezvous, so we can go birding with our subscribers and other friends to hotspots locally, nationally, and around the world; and an online birding optics and gear retailer, called Redstart Birding. Visit us at birdwatchersdigest.com and redstartbirding.com. Birding is better with friends!

Birding Ecotours – Supporting Level

Birding Ecotours offers birding trips to many destinations all across our vast planet. Small group size and quality are of paramount importance to us, but our tours nevertheless tend to be competitively priced. Having an above average guide for your tour is not good enough for us and instead we only employ staff who we believe to be in the top 20 % in terms of their people and birding skills. We donate a minimum of 10 % of our annual profits to bird conservation and disadvantaged communities.
