Priority IBA - Santa Cruz River and Tributaries

santacruz_pano

Potential for conservation and protection in southern Arizona:

The Santa Cruz River (Upper, Middle and Lower) and its tributaries (Cienega Creek, Rillito Creek, Sopori Wash, Lower Sonoita Creek).  Securing surface water (quantity and quality), promoting ecosystem functions, and ensuring habitat conservation for wildlife is our goal across these areas.
