Difficulty: Easy (Less than a mile walking on excellent surfaces)

We will cover basic photography techniques that can help beginner photographers strengthen their images through understanding composition, light, and the limitations of gear. Open to anyone with an interest in photography from those using cell phones to those starting out with a DSLR or mirrorless camera, we will take a gentle walk in order to have real time learning as we discuss the various principles to nature photography. Held in beautiful Sonoran desert habitat at Tucson Audubon’s Mason Center. Drive time to meeting location from festival venue is about 25 minutes. Limited to 10 participants.
