Help us construct Lucy’s Warbler boxes to be sold in our Nature Shop in order to raise funds for the Desert Nestbox Program and to provide more nesting opportunities for Lucy’s Warblers!
Position Description:
We are seeking a woodcrafter to construct 20-50 Lucy’s warbler triangle boxes using their own tools. Lumber costs will be reimbursed and plans will be provided.
Requirements:
Must have required tools for cutting, assembly and sanding of nestboxes. Must be able to transport 6 foot planks in own vehicle. Plan can be found HERE.
Date:
Flexible time within the months of May & June
Number of Openings:
We are looking for 1-5 volunteers.
Location:
At your own home or woodworking space.
