What is Team Up to Clean Up? Great news, Tucson! The City, along with our wonderful community partners, is kicking off a citywide clean-up effort! Everyone is invited to join in—individuals, families, neighbors, groups, and City employees—working together as one big team to clean up and beautify our special home. Let’s roll up our sleeves and make a difference together!
Position Description:
Join the City of Tucson, Tucson Clean and Beautiful, community volunteers, and neighborhood residents for a clean-up event! Our staff will be stationed at a check-in table equipped with supplies to assist in cleaning up. Activities include picking up litter, collecting shopping carts, and beautifying the area. We look forward to your participation in making our community cleaner and more beautiful!
Requirements:
What to bring: Water bottle with extra water, sun protection (hat & sunglasses), closed-toed & sturdy shoes, long pants, long sleeves, & sturdy gloves if you have them
Provided for you: Sunscreen, park patrols, gloves, safety vests
