Mindful Bird Enjoyment Walk at Ft Lowell Park

Registration for this walk is free.

Trip difficulty: Easy. 1 -1.5 miles on mostly flat surfaces with some uneven terrain. Trip duration 2- 2.5 hours
This bird walk is all about enjoying nature and birds. It’s about walking slow, being mindful and looking for birds and then spending time truly watching their behaviors. It’s not about the number of birds we see, but it’s about appreciating the birding experience. Birding is a treasure hunt and we will take delight in whatever we encounter. Ft Lowell is an urban park with mature trees, two ponds, grass fields and an orchard. Limited to 10 people
