FREE Nature Expo—the Festival Hotspot!

“Happy Hours” from 4:30–5:30 pm each evening with drinks, appetizers, and door prizes! Saturday features live birds and other animals from the Reid Park Zoo and Arizona Game and Fish. Bring the whole family!

Nature Expo hours:
  • Wednesday, August 9, 4–6 pm
  • Thursday, August 10, 12–5:30 pm
  • Friday, August 11, 12–5:30 pm
  • Saturday, August 12, 10am–5:30 pm

Festival Headquarters:

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tucson – Reid Park. (MAP)

Where to Stay: The DoubleTree is currently full.
Book your room now at the nearby La Quinta Inn & Suites for the low festival rate of $112.

Registration Fee

There is a $30 non-refundable registration fee for all festival participants that are attending fee based activities: field trips, workshops, and evening programs. In addition, each activity previously mentioned has its own associated fees. No registration or fee is required to attend the Nature Expo. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before July 19, 2024 will be refunded less a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be issued after July 19. Tucson Audubon reserves the right to cancel or revise any event for any reason. If it becomes necessary to cancel a paid event (field trip or dinner) for which you have a reservation, we will notify you and issue a full refund. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Scholarships Available

Tucson Audubon Society is committed to connecting all people to nature regardless of income. Anyone with a financial need is encouraged to apply. Scholarships are given based on availability of funds. Click here for the financial assistance form.
