Its mission is to conserve Arizona’s diverse wildlife resources, and manage for safe, compatible outdoor recreation opportunities for current and future generations. AZGFD Tucson is responsible for conserving and protecting native wildlife in the borderlands and Sky Islands regions of southeast Arizona. AZGFD does not receive any state general fund tax dollars, generating most of its revenue from the sale of hunting and fishing licenses.

Come visit the Swarovski Optik Mobile Experience Trailer at the Southeast Arizona Birding Festival.

A new addition this year to the festival, the trailer will be located in the parking lot of the Doubletree, right outside the entrance to the festival.  Festival attendees will be able to try out all the Swarovski Optik binoculars and spotting scopes outdoors, and also get instruction in spotting scope photography with DSLR cameras (digiscoping) and SmartPhones (phone scoping).”
