Mt. Lemmon: Summerhaven with Mary Ellen Flynn

Thursday, June 27th, 6:30am

Trip Difficulty: Moderate but some walking and hiking uphill on pavement and uneven terrain, maybe 400’ elevation gain and 3 to 4 miles total in course of trip depending on areas covered, bathrooms should be available in Summerhaven.

Details of route will be available week of trip, plan on starting in Summerhaven, birding Turkey Run Rd and part of trail toward Ski Valley, after maybe drive for brief stops at Ski Valley, Observatory area, Marshall Gulch, part of Sunset Trail and/or Incinerator… not all these places. Bring Plenty of Water and snacks/lunch but we can also stop at store in Summerhaven at some point.
