Santa Rita Lodge: Accessible ‘Sit’ with SAAWR

Join Kimberly Aikins of Southern Arizona Accessible Wildlife Refuge (SAAWR) and Marcia OBara for an outing designed for nature lovers with accessibility challenges; wheelchairs, walkers, or other assistive devices are welcome. On this trip, we will gather at one of Southern Arizona’s birding gems: Santa Rita Lodge in Madera Canyon! Here, we’ll watch for hummingbirds, migrating orioles, and an abundance of other species. We will finish by 9:00 am.

Each registered participant is welcome to bring a support person. To view a complete accessibility review for this location, please visit https://gis.audubon.org/birdability/. For more information, email fieldtrips@tucsonaudubon.org. Limited to 10 participants.
