Paton Center Cleanup and Planting

Volunteers will be removing invasive and non-native plants at the Paton Center, then replacing them with native plants to support birds and pollinators.

Volunteers will be hand-pulling weeds, planting, and helping with irrigation (under supervision, no experience with irrigation necessary). Bring work gloves, as well as water bottle, hat, sunscreen – whatever you need to be comfortable in the summer heat.

Volunteers must be able to bend and kneel comfortably, stand 4-6 hours, use a shovel, able to work outside in July weather in Patagonia.

We are looking for 5-10 volunteers.
